Not immediately, as the host for the other one is no longer associated with the game --- I'm not even sure how I will update the online version of that one when the next release comes out. I will be looking at other options though.
The download link on your Patreon page is behind a Patron-only post, despite the download link on itch.io being publicly available. Are they different versions or is that an error?

Yes, the newest update (v. 1.3) was just released on Patreon yesterday. The public release will be uploaded here next Wednesday
